~ Preparation for your
Wedding Day ~
<>Wedding Website for couples
<> Consultation
with bride & groom minimum of one month before the wedding.
<> Unlimited phone and email communication from date of contract
<> 2 meetings before the event.
<> Ocular visit on the Church and Reception.
<> Advice on how to personalize your wedding and ideas on how to make it
run smoothly
<>Client will submit a copy of all the contracts of their contracted
suppliers as this will be our basis in coordinating with them to confirm
schedules and ensure that goods/services are delivered on time.
<> Two weeks prior to ceremony, we will call all of the vendors listed on
your contract to go over the details per your instructions
<> Contact all vendors listed on contract the week of the wedding to ensure
everything is a GO and finalize any monies still due.
~ Wedding Day ~
<> Unlimited hours of service on your
wedding day - I will arrive a minimum of 5 hours before your ceremony to
perform my duties on your wedding day
<> Manage the wedding vendors as per your instructions
<> Be available in person on the day of your wedding to assist vendors
with any problems or questions they may have
<> Assist the Photographers for the pictorial including the fixing of the
gown in the mannequin, fixing the wedding materials on the bed and fixing the
groom’s apparel and accessories. Coordinators will strictly implement the day’s
schedule conforming to lead times allocated for every item in the itinerary.
<> Manage the
wedding party
<> Manage vendor and decor set up at ceremony/reception as per your
instructions
<> Ensure the timely departure of the bride and the groom from the hotel
to arrive at the church at least 30 minutes before the ceremony.
<> Provide Bridal Emergency Kit (Aspirin, clear nail polish, mints, gum, sewing kit, baby powder, etc.)
~At the church~
<> Facilitate the
wedding ceremony.
<>Supervise the
seating arrangement of the entourage.
<>Supervise the
Entrance of the Bride
<>Supervise the wedding rites from the processional to recessional march
<>Check for any
items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony
<> Organize and distribute all personal flowers (Boutonnieres, corsages & bouquets for family members and bridal party)
Likewise they will arrange the misallettes in
the pews
<> Oversee the ushers are doing their job of escorting guests
<> Be sure that all members of the wedding party are picture perfect
§Brush tuxes so that they are lint free

~At the reception~
<>Check the layout
and styling of the event venue
<>Manning of the
registration table upon arrival of the guest at the reception. Ensuring seating
arrangement would be followed. There will also be coordinators tasked to
usher the guests and direct them to their respective table assignment.
<>Conceptualization
and direction of the wedding reception program
<>Handle all gifts
given by the guests
<>Distribution of
wedding souvenirs and routing of the Signature Book/Frame as per your
instruction.
<>Check to see that wedding cake is decorated and displayed per your instructions
<>Check to see that the toasting glasses & serving set are in their respective places
<>Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events at reception.
<>Turnover all wedding accessories used in the wedding ceremony and reception and all gifts to the couple’s authorized representative.
<> Ensure payment of vendor balances/tips
<> Be prepared to meet any emergency situation that may arise

* Seeing as all weddings are truly unique keep in mind that these packages have been designed only as an outline of our most popular services. We welcome any request that may not be listed. Any service may be added or taken away from a package to make it distinctly yours.
Out-of-Town Rate
For bookings outside Manila an additional out-of-town rate will be charged to client to cover for transportation and other miscellaneous expenses. Rate depends on the location of the event.
Terms of Payment
Only bookings with a signed contract
and corresponding down payment will be honored as confirmed bookings. Our
policy is to commit our service to our clients on a first-sign first-serve
basis. As such, pencil bookings are not entertained. For confirmed bookings, we
require 50% down payment to make a reservation and the balance to be paid on
the day of the event.
